Daryl heads Piva Capital's sustainability strategy and is responsible for managing relationships with current and future investors. She leads Piva’s thought leadership, conducting carbon diligence, investment research, sustainable investment, impact reporting and ESG value creation for GPs, LPs and portfolio companies in venture capital.

Before joining Piva Capital, Daryl served as the Lead Sustainable and Responsible Investment Policy Adviser at The Investment Association, the UK trade organization representing the investment management sector. In this capacity, she led ESG advocacy campaigns and served as the point of contact between industry leaders and global government bodies. She additionally provided guidance to the association's 250+ asset management members on the practical implementation of ESG reporting standards.

Her prior professional experiences include roles at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Development from the University of St. Andrews.
